At the invitation of the Golkar Party of Indonesia, People's Power
Party of Thailand, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan,
Vice-Minister Liu Hongcai of the International Department of the CPC
Central Committee will leave Beijing on March 10th with a CPC
delegation for a good-will visit to the above-mentioned three
countries, during which he will also pay a transit visit to the
Philippines.
