At the invitation of the Communist Party of Moldova (PCM), deputy
director (vice-minister) of the Policy Research Office of the CPC
Central Committee Fang Li will observe the PCM's sixth National
Congress held in the capital Chisinau on March 15th as the CPC
representative.
