At the invitation of the Communist Party of China, a delegation of
the Department of Publicity and Education of the Central Committee
of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) will visit China from April
20th to 29th.
The delegation will be headed by Dao Duy Quat, high commissioner of
the Department of Publicity and Education, who is also deputy
chairman of the National Literature and Art Review Committee and
editor-in-chief of the electronic newspaper of the CPV.
