Invited by the Fair Russia party of the Russian Federation, Dong
Hong, deputy director of the Party Literature Research Center of CPC
Central Committee, is going to observe the 3rd National Congress of
Fair Russia, to be held on April 25 in Moscow, as a representative
of the CPC, and also attend the 2nd World Socialist Forum hosted by
Fair Russia.
