At the invitation of the New Azerbaijan Party of Azerbaijan, Chen
Fengxiang, vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC
Central Committee, will attend as CPC representative the
international seminar on "For Democracy and Stability: New
Cooperation Opportunities" held by the New Azerbaijan Party from May
6th to 8th in Azerbaijan.
