Li Mingbo to attend the 37th national congress of PSOE

At the invitation of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE), Li
Mingbo, member of the Standing Committee and secretary-general of
the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee, will attend the 37th national
congress of the PSOE from July 4th to 6th.
