At the invitations of the Cambodian People's Party and the FUNCINPEC
Party of Cambodia, the Liberal Party of the Philippines and the
Ministry of External Affairs of India, Luo Huining, deputy secretary
of the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee and governor of Qinghai,
will lead a CPC delegation to visit the above countries from
February 9th to 20th.
