At the invitation of Portuguese Communist Party (PCP), Party of European Socialists and the Progressive Party of Working People of Cyprus, Yuan Shuhong, Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council and member of the CPC Committee of the Legislative Affairs Office will lead a CPC goodwill delegation to visit Portugal, EU headquarters and Cyprus as well as attend the 20th PCP National Congress as the representative of the CPC from December 1st to 10th.
