Concert to mark 110th birthday of late Chairman Mao Zedong     BEIJING, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- A concert will be held on Dec. 26 in the Great Hall of the People here, to mark the 110th birthday of late Chairman Mao Zedong (Dec. 26th 1893 - Sept. 9th 1976), the founder of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Chinese People's Liberation Army and the People's Republic of China.     concert is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, General Political Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the Municipal People's Government of Beijing.      Feng Yuan, director of the Arts Department of the Ministry of Culture, said at a press conference here Wednesday that Mao devoted his life to his motherland and people, and all Chinese remember his great contributions to the country.      Feng said the concert, directed by well-known Chinese director Deng Zaijun, will invite almost all first-class vocalists and other performing artists of the country.  Enditem
