BEIJING, Sept. 17 -- Vice-Minister Zhou Li of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee visited Georgia from September 15th to 17th at the invitation of the Georgian Dream – Democratic Georgia. Zhou met with leaders of Georgian governing coalition and held talks with representatives of major political parties in Georgia. Zhou briefed them about the outcomes of the third plenum of the 18th CPC Central Committee and expounded on the strategic vision of the “Silk Road Economic Belt”. He also exchanged views with Georgian friends over party-to-party and state-to-state relations between China and Georgia.
