Yu Hongjun leads a CPC goodwill delegation to Vanuatu

SUVA, Jan. 18 (Port Vila) -- Vice-minister Yu Hongjun of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee led a CPC goodwill delegation on a visit to Vanuatu from January 16th to 18th. Yu met respectively with Moana Carcasses Kalosil, chairman of the Greens Confederation and prime minister of Vanuatu, and Edward Natapei, chairman of the Vanua'aku Party, deputy prime minister and foreign minister of Vanuatu.

Yu said that China is now comprehensively deepening reforms, which will not only inject new vitality into its own development, but also create new opportunities for further deepening the bilateral relations and party-to-party exchanges with Vanuatu. The Vanuatu side told the delegation that the government and political parties of Vanuatu uphold the One-China Policy and are ready to seize the opportunities brought by China's new round of reforms, strengthen communication and cooperation with China, deepen party-to-party exchanges with the CPC and elevate the bilateral relations to a higher level.
