BEIJING, Dec. 10 -- Demeke Mekonnen, vice chairman of the ruling Ethiopia People’s Revolutionary Democratic Front (EPRDF), and vice prime minister of the Ethiopian government, met on 9th here with a visiting CPC goodwill delegation led by Xu Lyuping, vice minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee. During the visit, the delegation held two thematic briefings on the 4th Plenum of the 18th Central Committee with officials of the EPRDF and major Ethiopian media and think-tanks respectively, broadly informing the Ethiopian society on the Plenum.
