Wang Jiarui, minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee and vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), met with the Nur Otan Party Delegation of Kazakhstan led by First Deputy Chairman Myrzakhmetov Askar Issabekovich of the Nur Otan Party in Beijing on Sept. 17th.

Wang said that the four meetings the top leaders of China and Kazakhstan have this year has fully embodied the high level and extraordinary nature of the bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership. The Chinese side is willing to work together with the counterpart, fit in with the good development momentum of bilateral relations, take the opportunity of building together the Silk Road Economic Belt, align well the development strategies and promote the comprehensive in-depth development of China-Kazakhstan relations.

Wang said that the Nur Otan Party is a heavyweight player in the political sector of Kazakhstan, this visit happens just one month after the first deputy chairman takes office; and the two parties has signed a new MOU; these have laid a solid foundation for the future mechanism exchanges. The Communist Party of China is willing to further deepen cooperation with the Nur Otan Party, fully implement the consensus made by the two top leaders and continue playing positive roles for promoting bilateral relations.

Myrzakhmetov said, Kazakhstan admires the development achievement China has made and is willing to actively participate in the building of the Belt and Road Initiative of China, enhance exchange and cooperation between the two parties and promote the development of Kazakhstan-China relations.
