Beijing, May 3rd--Shen Beili, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC) met here today on the morning at request with Kanaiym Baktygulova, Kyrgyz Ambassador to China.

Shen said that China-Kyrgyzstan relations are at its best time in history at present, which is a result of the political leading of both heads of state for bilateral relations. The CPC attaches importance to bilateral relations and inter-party exchanges, and is willing to further enhance friendly exchanges with all major political parties in Kyrgyzstan, so as to promote bilateral cooperation in various fields for continuous and new progress. It is hoped that Your Excellency Ambassador could focus on the development of bilateral relations as always in future, and continuously make contributions to friendship between both peoples.

Baktygulova expressed that China is not only an important strategic partner of Kyrgyzstan, but a close neighbor and reliable friend of the country. With guidance of the two heads of state, both countries have constantly achieved gratifying outcomes from cooperation in such areas as politics, security, economies, as well as people-to-people and cultural exchanges. Under the promotion of the IDCPC, both sides continue to deepen cooperation in inter-party exchanges and parliament cooperation, which is of great significance for the Kyrgyz side to learn from the CPC's experience on party governance and state administration. Baktygulova said that she will continuously make contribution to bilateral relations.
