Tokyo, August 7th--Song Tao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met here today on the morning with Tadatomo Yoshida, Leader of the Social Democratic Party of Japan (SDPJ). Reviewing the history of the two parties in promoting the realization of the normalization of China-Japan diplomatic relations and the development of bilateral relations through friendly exchanges, both sides exchanged views on improving and developing China-Japan relations, safeguarding regional peace and stability and other topics of common concern.
