The CPV senior cadre study group’s visit to China embodies that the two sides attach importance to implementing the important consensus reached by the two General Secretaries and deepening experience exchanges in state governance and administration between the two parties. Both sides should inherit and carry forward the traditional friendship between China and Viet Nam, grasp the overall situation of the development of bilateral relations, expand practical cooperation in various fields, strengthen friendly exchanges between the two peoples, and properly handle and well manage differences, so as to build a China-Viet Nam community of common destiny.
Tran thanked the CPC for warmly receiving the CPV senior cadre study group like comrades and brothers. The study group has realized the superiority of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics through field research and learning from CPC’s experience in party building and governing. It is believed that China, under the leadership of the CPC, will achieve the “two centenary goals”. Viet Nam stands ready to, together with China, push forward bilateral comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership for constant, sound and stable development.
