Beijing, November 23rd--Wang Yajun, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with Demetris Syllouris, President of House of Representatives of Cyprus.

Wang introduced the main spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, and exchanged views with Syllouris on China-Cyprus relations, China-Europe relations and other topics of common concern.

Syllouris expressed that cherishing its relations with China, Cyprus stands ready to actively participate in the “Belt and Road” construction, and push forward Cyprus-China relations and Europe-China relations for constant development.
