Li Jun Meets with Sudanese Guests Attending CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-Level Meeting

Beijing, December 2nd—Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met here today on the evening with the delegation led by Ibrahim Ahmed Omer, Member of Leadership Office of National Congress Party (NCP) and Speaker of the National Assembly of Sudan, and Nafie Ali Nafie, Secretary General of the Council of African Political Parties (CAPP).

Li thanked the Sudanese side to attend the high-level meeting upon invitation, and stressed that the Chinese side attaches great importance to developing its relations with all African countries including Sudan, and is willing to make joint efforts with the NCP and the CAPP to implement outcomes of the high-level meeting, so as to contribute wisdom and strength for the building of a community with a shared future for mankind and of a better world hand in hand.

The Sudanese side spoke highly of the high-level meeting hosted by the CPC, and expressed that General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech has charted the course for all countries to jointly cope with global challenges and build a community with a shared future for mankind. The NCP and the CAPP stand ready to further deepen exchanges and cooperation with the CPC and promote the joint construction of the “Belt and Road” between China and Africa, in a bid to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
