At the invitation of the Panameñista Party, Song Xiuyan, Secretary of the CPC Committee of the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF), ACWF Vice-President and First Member of the ACWF Secretariat, led a CPC delegation to visit Panama from December 11th to 14th, during which he promoted the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress. He also met respectively with Juan Carlos Varela Rodriguez, President of Panama, Jose Luis Varela, President of the Panameñista Party, and Adolfo Valderrama, General Secretary of the Panameñista Party. During the special briefing session, Song comprehensively introduced the series of great achievements in politics, theory and practices by the 19th CPC National Congress and made interactions with all attendees. Song also promoted the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress to all staff at the Chinese Embassy in Panama.
