CPC Delegation Visits Myanmar to Promote Spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress

From December 21st to 22nd, Wang Weiguang, President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences led a CPC delegation to visit Myanmar, during which he met with U Win Myint, Speaker of the House of Representatives of Myanmar and leaders of major political parties, attended the special briefing session of the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, and introduced the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress to personages of all circles including political heavyweights of political parties, social organizations, think tanks, and media of Myanmar.

Myanmar highly praised the historic outcomes achieved by China under the leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping since the 18th CPC National Congress, and spoke highly of the great significance and profound influence of the 19th CPC National Congress. All walks of life of Myanmar warmly look forward to deeply learning from the CPC’s experience on party governance and state administration, and enhancing communication and cooperation in various fields between the two countries, so as to jointly promote China-Myanmar friendly relations to continuously reach new stages.
