At the invitation of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP), Zhao Jin, Member of the Standing Committee and Director of Publicity Department of the CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee, led the CPC delegation to visit Laos from July 23rd to 25th, during which he met with Kikeo Khaykhamphithoune, Member of the Secretariat of the LPRP Central Committee and Head of the Publicity Department of the LPRP Central Committee, and held special briefing session to promote Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the relevant situation of the 19th CPC National Congress. The Lao side expressed the willingness of working with the Chinese side to jointly implement well the important consensus reached by top leaders of the two parties and the two countries, further enhance experience exchanges on party governance and state administration and join hands to forge Laos-China community of common destiny.
