Beijing, August 27th—Wang Yajun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation of female members of the National Diet of the ruling party of Japan headed by Seiko Noda, Member of the House Representatives of the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan.

Speaking positively of the long-term efforts made by female members of the National Diet of the ruling party of Japan to improve and develop China-Japan relations, Wang hoped that the ruling parties of the two countries could work together to implement the important consensus reached by leaders of the two countries and push forward China-Japan relations.

Noda expressed that the ruling party of Japan is ready to strengthen exchanges and increase mutual trust with China and make positive contributions to the healthy and stable development of Japan-China relations.
