Beijing, September 2nd--Qian Hongshan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today on the morning with the 7th Leading Cadres Study Group of Vietnamese Political Parties and Governments from 2016-2020 headed by Nguyen Van Thong, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee and Chairman of the Inspectorate Committee of the Soc Trang Provincial Committee.

Speaking positively of the exchanges and mutual learning between the two Parties, Qian expressed willingness to work with Vietnam to implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties and the two countries, and deepen the exchange of experience in state governance and administration to promote the socialist construction of the two countries.

Nguyen spoke highly of Vietnam-China friendly cooperation and exchanges, and expressed the hope to further enhance exchanges and mutual learning with the CPC to promote the constant development of Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.

Comrades from relevant departments of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee (Chinese Academy of Governance) as well as personnel from the Vietnamese Embassy in China were present.
