BEIJING, Sept. 21 -- Wang Jiarui, minister of the International
Department of CPC Central Committee, met here Friday
with a cadre delegation of the Construction Servant Party of Iran (CSPI) led by
Hedayatallah Aghaei, member of the Party's Central Committee and Central
