BEIJING, Sept. 25 -- Wang Guoqing, vice director of the International
Communication Office of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, on
Tuesday left here for an international political party seminar to be held in
Azerbaijan.
Wang, invited by the New Azerbaijan Party, will attend he seminar as the
delegate for the CPC.
The seminar which is hosted by the New Azerbaijan Party will focus on the
roles of political parties in dialogue between different civilizations.
