More foreign party leaders congratulate CPC on National Congress

  BEIJING, Oct. 16 -- Leaders of more foreign friendly political parties and a number of organizations have sent congratulatory messages to the Communist Party of China (CPC) on the convening of its 17th National Congress.

  These leaders and organizations include:

  Rashed Khan Menon, president of the Workers Party of Bangladesh, and Bimal Biswas, general secretary of the Workers Party of Bangladesh;
