The 3rd ICAPP will be hosted by the Communist Party of China(CPC) in Beijing on September 3-5, 2004. The theme of this Conference is "Exchanges, Cooperation, Development". Major political parties in Asia will be invited to send delegates to the Conference, who will have discussions on "regional security and multi-lateral cooperation", "economic growth and social progress" and "political party building and national development", etc. Delegates of each party will have 10-15 minutes time for their speeches. The consensus reached at the Conference will be released after the event in the form of a "Beijing Declaration".
