BEIJING, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan here Saturday met with Rainer Gepperth, deputy general manager of the Hanns Seidel Foundation of Germany and observers from the Konrad-Adenauer Foundation of Germany. 

  The German guests came to China to attend the third International Conference of Asian Political Parties. 

  Tang said he was happy to see the healthy development of Sino-German relations in recent years. 

  The two sides exchanged views on Sino-European relations and Asia-Europe cooperation.
