BEIJING, Sept. 4
(Xinhua) -- He Yong, a member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the
Communist Party of China (CPC), met here Saturday with Saadallah Mazraani of the
Lebanese Communist Party.
He, also Deputy Secretary of the CPC Central Commission
for Discipline Inspection, emphasized that China attaches great importance to
its friendship and cooperation with Lebanon and is willing to advance bilateral
relations by all means.
The CPC is also willing to actively develop friendly
relations with the Lebanese Communist Party, he said.
The Lebanese guests were here attending the Third
International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP).
