BEIJING, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- Zhou Yongkang, a member of the Political Bureau and Secretariat of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and a State Councilor, met here Saturday with a delegation led by U Htay Oo of the Union Solidarity and Development Association (USDA) of Myanmar.

  The two sides exchanged views on reinforcing friendly relations between the CPC and USDA and advancing the development of neighboring relations.

  The Myanmar guests were here attending the Third International Conference of Asian Political Parties (ICAPP).
