BEIJING, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- He Guoqiang, a member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), met here Saturday with A. Peruashev of the Civil Party and B. Taizhan of the Otan Republican Political Party of Kazakhstan.

  He, also a member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, made positive comments on the current state of Sino-Kazakh cooperation and exchanges in all fields, and exchanged views with the guests on further advancing state-to-state and party-to-party relations between the two countries.

  He also briefed the guests on the CPC's self-development and China's current economic and social situation.

  The Kazakh guests are here attending the Third International Conference of Asian Political Parties.
