Zeng Qinghong, male, Han nationality, a
native of Ji'an, Jiangxi Province, was born in July 1939. He joined the
Communist Party of China (CPC) in April 1960 and began working in July 1963,
after graduation from the Automatic Control Department of the Beijing Institute
of Technology. He has the technical title of an
engineer.
