At the invitation of the French Communist Party (PCF), the Democratic Rally of Cyprus and the Social Democratic Party of Germany, Liu Qi, Secretary of the CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee, will attend L'Humanité Festival of the PCF as the CPC representative and lead a CPC delegation to visit Cyprus and Germany from September 11th to 20th.
