BEIJING, July 22 -- On the afternoon of July 22, vice-minister Chen Fengxiang of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met in Beijing with a study group of cadres of Hanoi, Vietnam, led by Nguyen Quang Huy, member of the Standing Committee and minister of Home Affairs of the Hanoi Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The two sides exchanged views on relations between the two parties and two countries and other issues.
