BEIJING, Nov. 17 -- Vice-minister Li Jinjun of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met on Nov. 17th with a delegation of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD) led by its vice-chairman Thorsten Schaefer-Guembel.

Li welcomed the SPD delegation who was in China to attend activities commemorating the 30th anniversary of relations between the two parties of SPD and CPC. Li spoke highly of relations between the two parties and expressed the willingness of the CPC to review past experience to join hands with the SPD to make more contribution to the relations between China and Germany and between China and the EU.

Guembel said that the SPD was satisfied with its cooperation with the CPC in the past 30 years and was ready to make continued efforts to expand exchanges and deepen cooperation between the two parties.
