BEIJING, March 13 -- Vice-minister Zhou Li of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met here today with a study group of the National Democratic Party (NDP) of Suriname.

Zhou briefed the group on the four-point strategy on development, reform, governance and CPC party discipline, known as Four Comprehensives. The Communist Party of China is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the NDP so as to further China-Suriname relations, said Zhou.

Officials in the study group said that the NDP sets great store by its relationship with the CPC and hopes to learn from China's governance experience in order to accelerate and balance development in national economy and society.
