BEIJING, Jan. 15 -- Vice-minister Li Jinjun of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee met in Beijing on the 15th of January with Rudolf Scharping, former chairman of the Social Democratic Party, former minister of Defense of Germany and the chairman of the RSBK company upon the request of the latter. The two sides exchanged views on promoting practical cooperation between China and Germany through party-to-party communication.
