BRUSSELS, Feb. 19 -- Liu Shijin, vice-president of the Development Research Center of the State Council, led a CPC goodwill delegation to visit the European Union from Feb, 18-19 to introduce the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.
During the visit, the delegation had meetings with a wide range of organizations, such as EU agencies, think tanks and media, and held two large seminars.
They made presentations on the circumstances for China to comprehensively deepen reforms and important decisions to that end and had in-depth and frank exchanges with Europeans on China's future development and China-Europe cooperation.
