Beijing, April 26th—Li Jun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today on the morning with Juan Carlos Marsán Aguilera, Deputy Head of the Department of International Relations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC).

Li made positive comments on the relations between the two Parties and the two countries, exchanging views with Marsán on the exchanges between the two Parties and international and regional issues of common concern in 2019.

Marsán highly appreciated the important role played by the IDCPC in promoting the development of Cuba-China relations and expressed hope to further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between the IDCPC and the Department of International Relations of the PCC and push for greater development of Cuba-China relations in the new era.
