Jiang Hui, Member of the Leading Party Members' Group of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and Director of the Institute of Contemporary China Studies and Pham Van Linh, Vice Chairman of the CPV Central Theoretical Council delivered closing speeches respectively. The two sides said that the socialist modernization is an inevitable trend in the course of socialist history, the only way for the development of a socialist country, and an important guarantee for the smooth progress of various undertakings of the Party and the country. At present, China and Vietnam are in an important period of socialist modernization. It is of great significance for the ruling parties of the two countries to share the successful experience of leading their respective countries' development and systematically study the understanding of the laws of leading their own socialist modernization.

The theory seminar between the CPC and CPV is an important platform for the exchanges of experience in party governance and state administration, providing intellectual support for the two Parties to explore a development path suited to their respective national conditions and making positive contributions to the consolidation and development of China-Vietnam comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.
