Beijing, November 11th—Wang Yajun, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a senior cadre training class of Laos headed by Kongthong Phongvichit, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Minister of the Public Security of Laos.

Speaking positively of the relations between the two Parties and the two countries, Wang said that with the personal guidance and promotion of the top leaders of the two Parties and countries, China-Laos relations have entered the best period in history. China is ready to work with Laos to implement the action plan for building a community of shared future between China and Laos, which was signed by general secretaries of both Parties, and push forward the practical and in-depth development of the building of a community of shared future between China and Laos so as to bring more benefits to the two peoples. Wang also briefed on the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.

Kongthong extended congratulations on successfully convening of the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, and spoke highly of the great achievements made by the Chinese people under the leadership of the CPC in promoting national development, and expressed the willingness to work with China to implement the important consensus reached by the top leaders of the two Parties and countries, deepen the exchange of experience in state governance and cooperation in cadre training and elevate bilateral relations in the new era to new highs.
