Nanchang, November 21st—Li Mingxiang, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today with a delegation headed by Norbert Lala Ratsirahonana, first member of the political bureau of the Madagascar Coalition: We Are All With Andry Rajoelina and former Prime Minister of Madagascar.

Li conveyed Minister Song Tao’s warm greetings, and introduced the achievements and experience since the founding of the People’s Republic of China over the past 70 years ago, the spirit of the fourth plenary session of CPC Central Committee as well as CPC’s experience in party construction. Li said the CPC is willing to, on the basis of independence, complete equality, mutual respect, non-interference in each other's internal affairs, establish relationship with We Are All With Andry Rajoelina, strengthen exchanges and mutual learning, and promote the sustained and healthy and stable development of bilateral relations.

Ratsirahonana made positive comments on the great achievements made since the founding of the People's Republic of China 70 years ago and the great significance of the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, and expressed that We Are All With Andry Rajoelina is willing to establish relations with the CPC and strengthen exchanges and cooperation to promote the development of state-to-state relations.
