Beijing, December 5th—Zhu Rui, Assistant-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, met here today on the morning with a cadre study group of the National Rally of Independents (RNI) headed by Mohamed Aujjar, Member of the Political Bureau of the RNI Central Committee and former Minister of Justice of Morocco.

Speaking positively of China-Morocco relations, Zhu said the CPC is willing to further deepen exchanges and cooperation with the RNI to push the joint building of the Belt and Road Initiative between China and Morocco for in-depth and practical development and benefit the two peoples. Zhu also expounded on China's principled position on issues related to Hong Kong and Xinjiang.

Aujjar said that Morocco highly admires the CPC's governance achievements, highly appreciates the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and hopes to learn from its experience in party governance and state administration, so as to constantly promote continuous development of cooperation in various fields between the two countries. The Moroccan side is opposed to the interference in the internal affairs of other countries and double standards on human rights issues.
