At the invitation of the Philippine Democratic Party–Power of the Nation, Wang Ning, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, led a CPC delegation to visit the Philippines from December 5th to 8th to promote the spirit of the 4th plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. He held a briefing session to promote the spirit of the 4th plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and met with Alan Peter Cayetano, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and leaders of major political parties.
Combining the achievements of the People's Republic of China in the past 70 years, Wang made a comprehensive introduction to the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and expressed the willingness to work with the Philippines to implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state, deepen pragmatic cooperation and bring more benefits to the two peoples.
The Philippines made positive comments on the 4th plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and expressed its willingness to continue to strengthen exchanges and mutual learning and promote the sustained, sound and stable development of bilateral relations.
