Beijing, September 23th—Zhu Rui, Assistant Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee held an online meeting here today on the afternoon with Hanna Gharib, General Secretary of the Lebanese Communist Party (LCP), and attended the opening ceremony of the webinar for the LCP with Gharib.

Zhu spoke positively of China-Lebanon relations and the relations between the CPC and the LCP. Zhu expressed that the CPC is willing to strengthen friendly cooperation with the LCP, push relations between the two countries and cooperation in various areas for new progress, and better benefit the two peoples. Zhu also introduced the achievements and experience of the CPC over the past 100 years.

Gharib warmly congratulated on the centenary of the CPC, and spoke highly of the great achievements the Chinese people made under the leadership of the CPC. He expected to learn the experience in state governance and administration from the CPC, and constantly push Lebanon-China relations to new highs.
