Beijing, October 14th—Shen Beili, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, attended here today the opening ceremony of the webinar for cadres of Bolivia's Movement Towards Socialism party (MAS) and addressed the event. Wu Xiaojun, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Qinghai Provincial Committee, Evo Morales, Leader of MAS and former Bolivian President, and Álvaro Garcia Linare, Vice President of MAS attended and addressed the event.

Shen spoke positively of the relationship between the two Parties and the two countries, saying that the CPC is willing to join hands with MAS to deepen the exchange of experience in state governance and administration, continuously improve the two Parties' capacities to govern a country and deal with complex situations, and work together to cope with common challenges.

Morales and Garcia spoke highly of the economic and social development achievements the Chinese people has made under the leadership of CPC, and thanked China for its strong support. They said, MAS is willing to learn from China’s experience and practices to benefit the Bolivian people.

More than 100 officials and young cadres at all levels from MAS attended the opening ceremony of the seminar. The two sides will have in-depth exchanges on the topics such as poverty alleviation, promotion of national unity, and party building at the three-day webinar.
