Liu spoke positively of the remarkable achievements of Cambodia's national development. He said, thanks to the industrious and courageous Cambodian people and the correct leadership of the Cambodian People's Party and the Royal Government of Cambodia, Cambodia has achieved political and social stability, rapid economic development, and rising international status, with people living and working in peace and contentment. The Chinese side attaches great importance to the development of China-Cambodia relations and is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in various fields including inter-party exchanges and cooperation, promote the building of the China-Cambodia community with a shared future to achieve new and greater achievements, and make positive contributions to promoting regional peace, stability, development and prosperity.
