The CPP attaches great importance to strengthening its friendly exchanges and cooperation with the CPC, and is glad to see that the relationship between the two Parties is getting closer and achieving new results. Say Chhum said, the CPC, the Chinese government and people have long provided valuable help to Cambodia's economic and social development, and played an important role in maintaining Cambodia's independence, economic development and social stability. The Cambodian side agrees with and firmly supports the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative and building a community with a shared future for mankind and other visions proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping, and firmly believes that these visions will make significant contributions to world peace, development and prosperity. The Cambodian side has always adhered to the one-China principle and believes that the Taiwan question, the issues related to Hong Kong, Xinjiang, and Tibet are all internal affairs of China. The Cambodian side will firmly support China in defending national sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Liu said, it is a strategic decision made by the leaders of the two Parties and countries to develop the China-Cambodia comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership and build the China-Cambodia community with a shared future. General Secretary Xi Jinping and CPP's President Samdech Techo Hun Sen steered and injected momentum into the development of China-Cambodia relations in the new era, and the relations between the two Parties and the two countries entered the best period in history. Against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, the cooperation projects of the Belt and Road Initiative between China and Cambodia are steadily advancing, the Chinese side's trade and investment in Cambodia is bucking the trend, and bilateral practical cooperation in various fields continues to expand. The Chinese side is confident in the prospect of building the China-Cambodia community with a shared future, and the CPC is willing to deepen inter-party exchanges and cooperation with the CPP at all levels and in various fields, so as to jointly improve governance capacity, make positive contributions to the long-term stability of our two countries, and promote regional peace, stability, development and prosperity.

Liu said, China and Cambodia support each other and share weal and woe, which is an integral part of the China-Cambodia community with a shared future. The Chinese side will continue to firmly support Cambodia in safeguarding national sovereignty and dignity, firmly support Cambodia in following the development path suited its national conditions, and strengthen coordination and cooperation with the Cambodian side on international and regional affairs on multilateral occasions, and jointly promote the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, the Global Development Initiative and the Global Security Initiative, in a bid to effectively maintain peace and stability, development and prosperity in the region and the world.
