Qian introduced the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and China's “two sessions” in 2023, emphasizing that a Chinese path to modernization will provide new opportunities for cooperation between Chinese and Russian enterprises. The two sides should make use of the resources and advantages of the inter-party channels, implement the new important consensus reached by the two heads of state, continue to deepen cooperation in various fields such as energy and agriculture, expand bilateral economic and trade exchanges, further strengthen cultural and people-to-people exchanges as well as exchanges at local levels, and push bilateral cooperation for sustainable development.

Demikhov said that President Xi Jinping's recent visit to Russia, which is his first overseas trip since being elected as Chinese President, reflects the specialness of bilateral relations. The Association of the Development of International Trade and Economic Relations of Sino-Rus looks forward to working closely with the Chinese side to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, so as to play an active role in promoting practical cooperation in various fields such as economy, trade, and energy between Russia and China.
