Beijing, March 8th—Sun Haiyan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today on the afternoon with Bishnu Pukar Shrestha, Nepalese Ambassador to China.
Sun said, China and Nepal are good neighbors and good friends. In recent years, under the guidance of the leaders of the two countries, China-Nepal strategic partnership of cooperation featuring ever-lasting friendship for development and prosperity has enjoyed solid and in-depth growth. The CPC is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with political parties of Nepal, deepen experience exchange and mutual learning in state governance and administration, and push China-Nepal relations for constant development.
Shrestha said, the Nepalese side appreciates the Chinese side's long-term support for its economic and social development, firmly adheres to the one-China principle, and looks forward to strengthening inter-party and other exchanges and cooperation with the Chinese side, so as to boost Nepal-China cooperation in various fields for in-depth development.
